Who We Are

We’re two friends united by a shared purpose – a deep desire to make a meaningful contribution to the world around us. Growing up, we were each fortunate to be influenced by an important role model, who taught us the value of serving our communities through responsible business leadership.

Matt’s grandfather was an American physicist who became a prolific inventor, while Harin’s grandfather transformed a humble food cart into one of India’s most beloved restaurant chains. Though we come from different corners of the earth, we’re both shaped by a profound respect for the entrepreneurial journey and an understanding of the challenges that come with it.

Our most cherished memories include working alongside our grandfathers as they built their businesses, instilling in us the values of honesty, persistence, and humility. Their sacrifices allowed us to pursue education and take early career risks that led to invaluable learning opportunities.

The two of us met on Wall Street over a decade ago, where we studied the art of building exceptional companies. However, the transactional nature of this environment didn’t resonate with us. We bonded over our shared upbringing and made a pact: once we gained the necessary skills, we would reunite to build something enduring that would make our grandfathers proud.

Ten years later, we have the mutual trust, experience, and determination to lead a highly effective organization. We’re dedicated to running a purpose-driven company that prioritizes our employees, our customers, and our communities.
